I graduated with a Masters Degree in Sports Therapy from The University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in 2009. Since that time I have gained experience working with Swansea Harriers Athletics Club, providing injury management and sports massage support on match-days and at weekly training sessions, in addition to seeing private clients. I also work as a Fitness Instructor in the Fusion Health and Fitness Gym, at Llanelli Leisure Centre.
